In short
You sit on it, fully clothed, for about half an hour. Electromagnetic energy contracts the pelvic floor thousands of times in that session, which is more than anyone could do voluntarily.
It is used for urinary incontinence and pelvic floor weakness, commonly after childbirth or around menopause. Nothing is removed, nothing is inserted, and you drive yourself home.
Who it helps

What to expect
You remain fully dressed and seated throughout. The sensation is a strong tingling and contraction, not painful, and intensity is adjusted to what you can comfortably hold.
Sessions are short and scheduled a few times a week over a few weeks.
When we would choose something else
Symptoms that came on suddenly, or that come with pain or blood, belong with your physician before any device treatment.
Metal implants and implanted electronic devices in the pelvis are reasons not to proceed, as is pregnancy.

No. You stay fully clothed and seated on the chair for the whole session.
How long before Emsella works?
Most people notice change during the series rather than after the first session, and it continues to build for some weeks afterwards.
Is Emsella uncomfortable?
It feels like a strong tingling with contractions of the pelvic floor. It should not be painful, and intensity is adjusted to your comfort.
